We are a group of people who believe that Jesus Christ is Savior and
Lord. We are convinced that life can't be lived without His love, His
forgiveness and His presence in our lives. At Fairfield Church of Christ
the foundation for our very being is all about having a "Heart for
Christ."
It is our daily desire to discover the Heart of Christ by:
H-elping everyone as Jesus would.
Matthew 20:28- “...just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but
to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
E-ncouraging God’s family through love and
fellowship.
Hebrews 10:25- “Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the
habit of doing, but let us encourage one another--and all the more as
you see the Day approaching.
A-doring our God in worship.
Psalm 95:6-7- “Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the
LORD our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture,
the flock under his care.”
R-eaching out to others with the message of hope.
1 Peter 3:15- “Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks
you to give the reason for the hope that you have.”
T-raining God’s people for greater works of
service.
2 Timothy 3:16-17- “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for
teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that
the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
We are a non-denominational group of believers who desire to worship and
practice our faith based on Biblical principles and not man made creeds
or regulations.
We believe it is our responsibility as a church to study and learn as
best we can for our congregation what is God's will in all that we do.
